Supply Chain Manager

Our expertise covers technology, machinery, equipment, supplies and electroplating chemicals in the Indochina region. We are currently recruiting for the position of Supply Chain Manager to support the company. Below are the details of the position:

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, drive operational efficiency, optimize costs, and strengthen supply chain processes to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• S&OP & Planning: Lead S&OP activities, demand and supply planning, forecasting, inventory control, and budget management.
• Procurement & Supplier Management: Oversee purchasing activities, supplier sourcing and evaluation, commercial negotiations, cost control, and strategic supplier relationships.
• Logistics & Warehouse Operations: Manage inbound logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory accuracy, and 3PL partnerships while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
• Import & Export Compliance: Oversee customs clearance, HS code classification, import-export documentation, tax compliance, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Process Improvement & Digital Transformation: Lead supply chain restructuring, warehouse development, and ERP implementation or optimization, including Odoo and related supply chain modules.
• Team Leadership & Reporting: Develop team capabilities, monitor KPIs and operating costs, and provide regular performance reports to management.
• Regional Expansion: Develop logistics networks and supplier partnerships to support business expansion into Cambodia and Laos.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, including 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong expertise in S&OP, demand and supply planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Hands-on experience in procurement, import-export, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Experience in trading, distribution, import-export, retail, FMCG, or manufacturing companies with diverse product portfolios is preferred.
• Proven experience in supply chain process improvement, restructuring, or ERP implementation (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Good knowledge of customs regulations, HS codes, international logistics, and supplier management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Power BI is an advantage.
• Intermediate English or above, with the ability to work effectively with international suppliers and partners.
