Supply Chain Manager - D9, HCM

Our expertise covers technology, machinery, equipment, supplies, and electroplating chemicals across the Indochina region.

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including S&OP, demand & supply planning, inventory, logistics, warehouse, procurement, import-export and ERP transformation.

A. Key Responsibilities:

S&OP & Supply Chain Planning

• Lead weekly S&OP meetings and monthly supply chain reporting.
• Develop purchasing and demand/supply plans aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels, safety stock and slow-moving/obsolete inventory.
• Control supply chain costs, budgets and operational performance.
• Set team OKRs and manage team performance and development.

Logistics & Warehouse

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations, from PO approval and shipment booking to delivery.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, quality and process improvement.
• Lead warehouse projects, including 3PL selection and warehouse setup.
• Develop logistics networks and supplier partnerships.

Import – Export & Procurement

• Manage import-export documentation, HS codes, customs and tax-related processes.
• Oversee procurement of commodities, industrial products and operational requirements.
• Source, evaluate and manage suppliers; maintain strategic supplier relationships.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts and purchasing prices.

ERP & Digital Transformation

• Participate in ERP implementation from business analysis and requirements gathering to system deployment.
• Standardize master data and support testing and implementation of supply chain modules.

B. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Management or a related field.
• Min 3 year of experience as Supply Chain Manager
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Good understanding of supply chain planning and inventory management.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
