Job Description
Responsibilities:
*S&OP Planning Governance
- Support the Vietnam SCM Lead with data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize supply, improve inventory health, and mitigate excess stock, IQV, and stock-out risks.
- Collaborate with DFP, Business, Finance, and SCM teams to identify demand-supply gaps, assess impacts, and support timely resolution.
- Analyze supply risks, inventory trends, allocation constraints, and planning assumptions, highlighting key risks and opportunities for leadership decision-making.
- Maintain planning governance through action tracking, risk monitoring, and escalation support across cross-functional stakeholders.
*Project Management
- Drive Replenishment planning automation and process simplification initiatives.
- Develop and maintain Vietnam Market dashboard, analytical tool to enhance visibility.
- Analyze data of planning, inventory, and supply to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business implications for SCM leadership.
- Lead assigned SCM projects through structured governance, stakeholder alignment, risk assessment, and milestone tracking, providing timely updates and actionable recommendations to the SCM Lead.
*Compliance and SCM Governance
- Provide support in local planning activities, process changes, to align with local pharmaceutical regulations and quality requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records.
- Support governance reviews and compliance readiness activities through risk monitoring, reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration.
- 5+ years in SCM and Project Management, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Process improvement, automation, dashboard development, data and digital analytics.
- Professional certification in Project Management, SC, Lean Six Sigma an advantage.
- Strong understanding of S&OP, DP, SP and Inventory Management.
- Expertise of SAP, data analytics with advance Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI skills.
- Capability to drive Projects, cross-functional work and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements.
- Command over English in reading, writing, speaking and effective communication.
- Problem-solving skills.
