Our expertise covers technology, machinery, equipment, supplies and electroplating chemicals in the Indochina region. We are currently recruiting for the position of Supply Chain Coordinator to support the company. Below are the details of the position:
A.JOB DESCRIPTION:
Order Management & Coordination
- Receive and process orders from the Sales team in line with internal procedures.
- Monitor delivery schedules, prepare transportation plans, and coordinate with warehouse teams.
- Act as the main contact point for customer communication regarding orders and deliveries.
Warehouse & Logistics
- Coordinate and monitor inbound/outbound goods and inventory status.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective warehouse and logistics operations.
- Optimize warehousing, delivery, and packaging activities according to company/customer standards.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, inventory levels, delivery timelines, and logistics costs.
- Propose initiatives to improve workflows, reduce lead time, and optimize operational expenses.
B.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in International Business, Logistics, Trade, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, import-export, or logistics roles.
- Knowledge of bonded warehouse operations, import-export documentation, and logistics procedures is an advantage.
- Strong skills in order management, coordination, and data analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, FAST, etc.) is preferred.
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
