SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST

YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report to Consultants and Managers during internal and external projects
- Collect, process and analyze data to identify and quantify inefficiencies, patterns, sources of improvement
- Analyze problem root causes in a systematic manner
- Conduct market research, investigate, observe, interview
- Proactively identify and report project risks
- Facilitate communication within the team
- Keep project and internal documentation ordered, structured and clean
- Contribute to the development of new analytical tools, processes, trainings
- Comply with CEL standards
- Represent CEL values and brand
- Maintain high level of confidentiality
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree (Master degree is a strong plus) in Mathematics, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Applied science, Data Science
- Technical Proficiency: At least one year of experience in data processing using tools like Python or R (strong plus) and knowledge of modeling, simulation, or optimization (preferred).
- Analytical Excellence: Strong systematic thinking and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Effective Communication: Proficient in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and efficiently both verbally and in writing.
- Collaborative Mindset: A team player who can also work autonomously and proactively.
- Curiosity and Openness: A growth-oriented mindset, eager to engage in debates, learn continuously, and explore innovative solutions.
