INTRODUCTION

Supply & Logistics Excellence Talent (SET) is the biggest AB InBev's talent program for Manufacturing & Supply Chain fields, which aims to attract and develop outstanding STEM background graduates to help them grow rapidly into future experts and leaders in the field of supply chain and logistics through comprehensive and effective training & coaching, broad & ample career development opportunities, and sustained high-level attention from management.

SET PROGRAM HIGHLIGHT:

One-year paid training program.
Structured rotation & training across functional in specific operations teams, personal development areas and leadership challenging projects.
Senior managers assist as mentors and provide continuous support, with outstanding predecessors as mentors and partners.
Rapid career development with two clear career paths: Management or expert.
Various functional opportunities to play: Brewing & Utility, Packaging, Quality, Logistics, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Final year student or graduate student with no more than 2 years full-time working experience
Bachelor's degree or above in Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Business or related majors.
Proficient in English: Listening, speaking, reading, and writing
High potential, willing to accept and strive for opportunities for cross-national, cross-regional, and cross-departmental job transfers
Enthusiastic, energetic, good at communication and cooperation
Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly responsible
Able to start full-time job in December 2026.
