Role Description
Strategic purpose of the position
Providing a range of supports to the business to ensure a strong internal control environment through the development/improvement of policies and procedures, ensuring their implementation and monitoring compliance.
Position Responsibilities
- Optimize internal processes through automation and harmonnisation of best practice;
- Review, recommend and lead improvements to control environment and efficiencies;
- Adequate controls for processes relating to day to day sales and marketing activities through automation and best practice implementation;
- Work together with the business partners to implement new initiatives to create an environment of efficiency and excellence.
- Coordinate for other internal control projects
- Tax control through an integration of tax efficiency in relevant processes and daily operations.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of tax and control experience;
Experience in FMCG industry is an advantage;
Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions, and data processing skills using Power BI, Power Automate;
Strong collaboration, communication and inter-personal skills
Degree in finance or accounting or professional accounting qualifications e.g. CPA/ ACCA preferred
Willingness and ability to frequently travel and short term assignment
Ability to engage and influence business stakeholders
Ability to work smart, well-organized, independently, effectively and efficiently with minimum supervision
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
