SCOPE OF WORK
Learning & Development: Develop and execute an annual training plan by working with business leaders, designing blended learning solutions (e.g., coaching, workshops, e-learning), managing the budget, and measuring the impact of training on performance and engagement.
Talent Management: Drive the talent identification and succession planning processes, create career development plans for top talent, and act as a trusted partner to high-performers to support their growth.
Internal Communications: Lead change management communication, create and execute an internal communications strategy, and write content for various channels to keep employees informed, aligned with company mission, and engaged.
Employer Branding: Build and manage the company&aposs employer branding strategy, define and promote the employee value proposition to attract top talent, and build relationships with universities and other external partners.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: A bachelor&aposs or master&aposs degree in HR or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational corporation or heavy industry company.
Skills: Strong leadership, people management, and project management skills, particularly with HR-related projects like company events, internal communication, and employer branding.
Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Technical Proficiency: Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Personal Attributes: A high sense of ownership, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, flexible work environment.
