Job Description

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Our client specializes in the production and distribution of construction materials
  • Working location: Thu Duc City
  • Working time: 5.5 days/week

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Learning & Development: Develop and execute an annual training plan by working with business leaders, designing blended learning solutions (e.g., coaching, workshops, e-learning), managing the budget, and measuring the impact of training on performance and engagement.
  • Talent Management: Drive the talent identification and succession planning processes, create career development plans for top talent, and act as a trusted partner to high-performers to support their growth.
  • Internal Communications: Lead change management communication, create and execute an internal communications strategy, and write content for various channels to keep employees informed, aligned with company mission, and engaged.
  • Employer Branding: Build and manage the company&aposs employer branding strategy, define and promote the employee value proposition to attract top talent, and build relationships with universities and other external partners.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: A bachelor&aposs or master&aposs degree in HR or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational corporation or heavy industry company.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, people management, and project management skills, particularly with HR-related projects like company events, internal communication, and employer branding.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Personal Attributes: A high sense of ownership, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, flexible work environment.
