Job description and key responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests from parents or guardians of students.
- Accompany with students throughout the study pathway and ensure students to achieve their study goals.
- Offer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions (serving both online and onsite customers), addressing inquiries and requests from parents or guardians of students.
- Provide 1:1 customer service via OTT platforms, ensuring timely and helpful assistance.
- Occasionally : Support in Residence Permit processing and provide guidance on the application process.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.
- Coordinate communication efforts internally and externally to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Other tasks assigned by the Direct Manager.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Support (especially from international education will be a plus)
- Experience with visa procedures is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (in English and Vietnamese)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently, pro-actively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Knowledge in another language is a plus.
