Declare customs declarations of various types on ECUS VNACCS.
Able to search for HS codes, import-export tax schedules, and classify goods according to the tariff coding system.
Prepare and check import-export documents, and goods requiring specialized permits.
Advise and instruct about the customs process, customs declaration of import and export cargo for customer
Prepare and handle all import - export customs clearance duties
Have a good relationship with customs to check customs procedure for company
Connect with Documentation dept. and others for declaring customs for customers
Take responsibility to solve if there is any problems relating to customs and report directly to GM.

Requirements

University/College graduation with major in Foreign Trade/ Economic/ Import - Export degree or relevant
Use Microsoft Office, E-mail, Internet,...proficiently
At least 1years experience in Custom Clearance and making C/O
Understand the legal regulations on customs declaration, import and export permits
Good English competency in 4 skills
Good command of spoken & written Chinese (Bonus)

Other information

Probation: 2 months
Working days: Monday Friday: 8:00 17:00 + Saturday: 8:00 12:00 (twice / month)
Annual leaves: 14 days
