Position Summary
The Admission Specialist plays a key role in student recruitment, building strong partnerships with educational institutions, and supporting the enrollment growth of American Polytechnic College. This position requires proactive outreach, event coordination, and close collaboration with internal teams to achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Recruitment: Develop and implement admission plans within the assigned territory to meet enrollment targets.
- Partnership Development: Build, maintain, and expand relationships with high schools, education centers, organizations, and individual recruitment partners.
- Event Coordination: Organize and lead admission-related activities such as career orientation workshops, recruitment fairs, and counseling sessions at high schools and community events.
- Data Management & Reporting: Track and update prospective student databases, analyze recruitment outcomes, and provide regular reports for continuous improvement.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing & Communication team to execute promotional campaigns that effectively support recruitment efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in student recruitment, sales, or partnership development (experience in education is an advantage).
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
- Willingness to travel frequently for recruitment activities.
