Role Description (Only open for Vietnamese Nationls)
The Country Representative – Vietnam is a remote, contract role responsible for promoting AAA's healthcare accreditation programs and services within Vietnam. This role includes building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and key stakeholders, and serving as the primary local point of contact for accreditation inquiries and guidance. The Country Representative will coordinate outreach activities, organize or support workshops and training sessions, and assist organizations through the accreditation and continuous improvement journey. Day-to-day tasks may involve conducting market research, identifying partnership opportunities, providing localized insights to AAA's global team, and representing AAA in professional networks and relevant events. The role requires proactive communication, regular reporting on activities and progress, and alignment with AAA's mission and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong background in healthcare, hospital administration, quality management, or health systems, with familiarity in accreditation or regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with hospital leaders, professional associations, and regulators.
- Professional communication skills in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver results within agreed timelines.
- Experience organizing or supporting training, workshops, or capacity-building programs in healthcare or related fields.
- Strong analytical and research skills to understand local healthcare trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights to AAA.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare management, public health, medicine, nursing, business administration, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications or certifications in quality or accreditation are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an advisory, consulting, or representative role for international healthcare organizations is highly desirable.
