We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Store Supervisor to lead and oversee our retail store operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and customer service, with the ability to drive sales performance, maintain store standards, and deliver an excellent in-store experience. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and hands-on involvement in daily store activities.

Key Responsibilities1. Store Operations & Customer Experience
  • Supervise daily store operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor visual merchandising and ensure alignment with brand standards.
2. Sales & Performance
  • Motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Track daily sales and report performance to management.
  • Support promotional campaigns and in-store events to boost engagement and sales.
  • Provide product knowledge training to enhance team confidence and conversion rates.
3. Inventory & Stock Management
  • Oversee stock receiving, replenishment, and display organization.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to ensure timely restocking.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and minimize stock loss or discrepancies.
4. Team Supervision & Training
  • Supervise and support store staff to maintain high performance and service quality.
  • Assist in scheduling shifts and managing attendance.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to improve efficiency and morale.
What We're Looking For
  • 13 years of experience in retail or store supervision (fashion or apparel preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities.
  • Hands-on experience in sales reporting, stock control, and POS systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
