We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Store Supervisor to lead and oversee our retail store operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and customer service, with the ability to drive sales performance, maintain store standards, and deliver an excellent in-store experience. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and hands-on involvement in daily store activities.
Key Responsibilities1. Store Operations & Customer Experience- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor visual merchandising and ensure alignment with brand standards.
2. Sales & Performance- Motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Track daily sales and report performance to management.
- Support promotional campaigns and in-store events to boost engagement and sales.
- Provide product knowledge training to enhance team confidence and conversion rates.
3. Inventory & Stock Management- Oversee stock receiving, replenishment, and display organization.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to ensure timely restocking.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and minimize stock loss or discrepancies.
4. Team Supervision & Training- Supervise and support store staff to maintain high performance and service quality.
- Assist in scheduling shifts and managing attendance.
- Provide feedback and coaching to improve efficiency and morale.
What We're Looking For- 13 years of experience in retail or store supervision (fashion or apparel preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities.
- Hands-on experience in sales reporting, stock control, and POS systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
