ABOUT JOB:
Store Operation Support Department is responsible for non-merchandise items and equipment related to store daily business operation. Working with property suppliers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal related departments in the headquarters to provide necessary items for store operation.
The department is also responsible for supporting store operation department to improve efficiency and customer service level of store by cooperating with other related departments of head office. Members of the department act as intermediaries between headquarters and stores.
- Working location: 26th Floor, Viettel Tower, No. 285 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City
- Contract term: 06 months

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Store Procurement (60%):
- Maintain and control non-merchandise SCM implementation of Vietnam business, including ordering process with both international & domestic vendors
- Source & negotiate with local vendors to ensure the ordering for non-merchandise goods in local market with global standards
- Work with warehouse for non-merchandise products management for inbound & outbound process
- Manage cost-reduction work through all phases; work closely with different departments to meet requirements and ensure timely opening
- Develop supply chain network and lead negotiation & coordination with suppliers/manufacturers, trading companies, and import clearance agents; cultivate local vendors and realize cost reduction of material purchase
- Perform purchasing-related administrative procedures such as vendor registration, contracts, and payment protocols
Store Operations Support (40%):
- Support store manager to improve customer service by providing information and education for store staff
- Support store manager to create operation or workflow of store operation
- Work together with Store Operations team to manage issues/problems and obtain all necessary permits in a timely manner
- Control information from other departments to store operation department in terms of quality and quantity
- Proceed administrative tasks such as making announcements, summarizing store data, and gathering information to be shared
- Implement new store opening related tasks by cooperating with Store Operations team and Store Development/Design team from handover date until store opening
REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduates in relevant fields of economics, business
- 13 years or above related experience in procurement works/operation management
- Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English; Japanese nice to have
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in vendor sourcing, bidding process, negotiation, contract management (especially in security field)
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects with strong commitment to high quality
- Commercial/retail background is a plus
- Windows Office skills are a plus
