Store Development Planning Senior

Objective of role:

•  To prepare and present feasibility studies, to evaluate locations and estimate budgets with effective design, market research and seeking for the quality GC for store construction.
• To collaborate with principal, oversea/local contractors, landlords, to ensure fulfilment of store development and maintenance through planning, cost controlling, scheduling and quality of projects to complete project 100% within budget.
• To complete drawings 100% on time.
• To supervise construction activities to ensure project progress within approved budget and timeline, and effective reporting of process.
• To complete the new project construction 100% on time.
• Create the SOP needed to minimize 80% the workload.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities

• Participates in all the projects relevant to NCA's Development.
• Responsible to report direct to Store Development Planning Supervisor – Indochina.
• Lead the operation Maintenance department – Indochina.
• Responsible in providing all the reports relevant to Store Development Planning operating.
• Responsible & manage budget efficiently.
• Lead to operate & develop the procedure.
• Coordination & communication with relevant departments for each project.
• Ensure all projects completed on time.

Requirements

• Leadership.

• Diploma / Degree in technical (College or higher).
• Good AutoCAD, 3D skill.
• Minimum 3 years experience in construction industry.
• Well-understand of material for construction market.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle difficult situations and work pressure.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment.

03. Procurement & Contractor Management

Tender → GC selection → Quotation → Contract → Contractor performance.

04. Construction Management

Schedule → Site supervision → QA/QC → Safety → Progress.

05. Cost Management

Budget → BOQ → Cost control → Variation → Forecast → Final account.

06. Technical & Compliance

Architectural → MEP → Fire Safety → Authority → Landlord requirements.

07. Handover & Opening

Snagging → Handover → Warranty → As-built → Store opening readiness.

08. Maintenance & Continuous Improvement

Preventive maintenance → Corrective maintenance → Vendor → Budget → SOP → KPI.
