Role Overview

We're looking for a Multimedia Designer who produces high-volume, high-quality static and video creatives for marketing campaigns, using AI to scale output while keeping everything on-brand. Your job is to generate fresh creative directions, adapt them across formats, and bring motion and video into the mix without needing a videographer or animator for every asset.

You'll work closely with Marketing, Content, and Creative to turn campaign briefs into finished creatives across social, paid ads, landing pages, and email - fast, and in volume, while keeping everything on-brand.

Must-Have Highlight

This role is built around AI-first production. We need someone who can use AI to create and produce high-quality static and video content at a volume and speed manual workflows can't match, while keeping everything true to STARTRADER's brand. Strong AI fluency is a must-have. Candidates without hands-on AI production experience will not be considered for this role, regardless of traditional design skill.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Visual Content

• Create static graphics, banners, campaign visuals, landing page assets, email visuals, and digital ads.
• Design creatives for performance marketing across Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, and other platforms.
• Produce infographics and educational visuals that simplify trading and financial concepts.
• Produce multiple variations of each creative for A/B testing.
• Keep typography, layout, color, and brand identity consistent across everything you ship.
• AI-Driven Production
• Use AI image and video tools to produce images, videos, campaign creatives at speed and scale
• Generate short-form video content (ad creatives, social clips, animated banners) using AI video tools, without relying on a separate video team for every request.
• Use AI for ideation, background/asset generation, upscaling, retouching, and rapid variation of creative concepts.
• Research & Performance Optimization
• Continuously research and test new AI tools and model updates for image and video generation, and bring the useful ones into the team's workflow
• Track design, marketing, and AI trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and the broader creative industry, and turn what's working into concrete ideas for upcoming campaigns.
• Work with Marketing/Performance to see which creative variations actually convert, and feed those learnings back into your next batch - the goal is smarter output over time, not just more of it.
• Branding & Creative Support
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, and Social Media teams to support campaign execution and brand communication.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and campaign planning sessions.
• Support the development and maintenance of STARTRADER's visual identity across different channels.
• Adapt designs for different formats, dimensions, and audience segments when required.
• Stay updated with social media trends, internet culture, and evolving digital design styles.
• Workflow & Project Management
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Organize and maintain creative assets and work files efficiently.
• Deliver high-quality outputs with strong attention to detail and consistency.
  
  

Experience

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in digital marketing, advertising, or performance marketing.
• Experience working with finance, trading, lifestyle, or digital brands is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, advertising campaigns, branding projects, or digital marketing visuals.
• Basic video editing (cutting, captions, pacing) using Claude, Gemini, Google Studio,CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar - to finish AI-generated clips into postable content.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other design tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create performance-driven creatives optimized for engagement and conversion.
  
  

AI Tools

• Demonstrated, hands-on experience using AI tools for image and video creation - not just aware of them, but able to show finished work built with them.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for workflow optimization, creative ideation, and content enhancement.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar platforms is a plus.
  
  

Creative Skills

• Strong sense of visual aesthetics and branding.
• Up-to-date with internet culture, social media trends, and digital content styles.
• Able to produce multiple creative variations quickly with fast turnaround times.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
• Good English communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams.
  
  

Portfolio Requirement

• At least 5 representative design projects (social media, branding, advertising, or marketing materials), including at least 1-2 AI-assisted image or video work
• Links to portfolios, Behance, Dribbble, or other design showcases

This role is the financial-knowledge face of the brand, and the owner of the Education channel's growth strategy end to end, not just a content producer working off a fixed calendar.

We need someone who understands financial markets deeply enough to host real conversations, and who thinks like a brand and growth owner: what direction should this channel take to grow, not just what to film today.

This person will also lead the KOL network and manage a small production team.
