Job Responsibilities
- Own and optimize our infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability across distributed systems on cloud.
- Take the initiative to build automation and assistant tools throughout the CI/CD pipeline, empowering developers to deploy faster, safer, and with less manual effort.
- Participate in every feature deployment, providing guidance and advisory to product and engineering teams to ensure alignment with best practices for security, performance, and high availability.
- Champion and foster a culture of automation, observability, and self-service DevOps across the engineering organization.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt modern open-source technologies to enhance system resilience and developer productivity.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and proactively improve infrastructure performance and incident response.
Your Skills & Experiences
- At least 3 years of experience working with DevOps, SRE role for a high concurrency application.
- Proficient in using and working with K8s and container technologies.
- Familiar with CI/CD flow, daily monitoring, system security, and optimizing complex systems with millions of requests per second.
- Familiar with serverless architectures, GCP cloud, and cloud-native stack.
- Solid understanding of the OSI model and networking underlying.
- Excellent at coding one of the programming/scripting languages: Go, Python, Nodejs, Bash.
- Excellent at communicating and convincing stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to work independently or be a good team player.
