1. Develop and execute a comprehensive specification strategy:

Proactive engagement with key architectural, consulting, and development professionals.
Conducting strategic site visits to provide expert guidance and critical project insights.
Conducting in-depth needs assessments to deliver tailored solutions that precisely meet client requirements.

2. Strategic Specifier Relationship Management:

Maintaining consistent and meaningful visibility within key specifier networks.
Conducting targeted customer segmentation to identify and prioritize high-potential clients.
Building robust trust through professional consulting services and demonstrable value proposition.

3. Project Consultancy and Engagement:

Designing and implementing targeted product introduction workshops and seminars.
Developing strategic sponsorship activities to influence and engage specifiers.
Creating compelling presentations that showcase product capabilities and differentiated value.

4. Specification Protection and Sales Support:

Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with architects, developers, and consultants.
Implementing proactive project tracking and timely solution provisioning.
Facilitating seamless coordination between sales teams and specifiers to translate specifications into confirmed sales.

5. Compliance with internal processes, including HSE:

Ensure internal processes and policies are complied. These include Code of Conduct, Life-saving rules, and behaviour-based safety.

Requires:

Bachelors is required (Majoring in architecture or interior design is an advantage).
Influenced written and oral communications skills – presentation and public speaking abilities in both of English and Vietnamese.
Successful track record (minimum 3 years) in direct sales or marketing.
Develop & perform effectively sales presentations to potential specifiers.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
