Color and Material Management will ensure the right color & material of On Apparel by building and maintaining processes, platforms & training modules at On and onboarding T1 & T2 suppliers.
Your mission
- Setting up a digitized color approval process with the help of data analytics and color platforms/tools.
- Digitize supplier performance review on color and material development using tools like Smartsheet/ERP/PLM/Looker/Hex.
- Building and maintaining a digital & physical color library.
- Color lab dip evaluation of Apparel materials for color, hand feel, and quality.
- Track and hand over the approved lab dip to the production quality team for bulk approval.
- Review suppliers color performance and take action for continuous improvement.
- Partner with the color and material team based in Switzerland
Your story
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in color (textile preferred).
- Familiar with the DataColor spectrophotometer.
- Knowledge of textile material, color theory, and lab testing (preferred, not mandatory).
- Must be driven & able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- User proficiency in Excel/Power BI, Smartsheet, PLM, and data visualization tools.
- Highly organized – able to deal with multiple activities and meetings with suppliers & factories.
- Good spoken & written English.
