Sourcing Specilist

Sourcing Specialist (Location: Vietnam, HCMC)

Responsibilities:

• On-site support & Tracking of order status, from Order to Production to Shipment (Ho Chi Minh)
• Work closely with Hardgood factories and HK Sourcing team for projects from product development, sample approval, testing, until completion of shipments
• Source and develop potential suppliers to support company's business plans and to fulfill internal customers requests
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure factories meet Company's standard (compliance / testing / supply chain)
• Stocktaking in manufacturing company for Supply Chain during peak season
• Handling material commitment audit and finished good production audit on site at factory
• Tracking of supplier production status
• Responsible for data input
• Manage any ad hoc projects as directed by manager

Qualifications:

• Diploma or above in business administration, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or other relevant disciplines
• At least 2-3 years solid experience in sourcing / merchandising / supply chain
• Good command of both spoken & written in English, Mandarin is a plus
• Proactive, self-initiated, flexible
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including Excel / PowerPoint
• Responsible and able to work independently and with teams
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Must be able to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Frequent travel is required
