Sourcing Project Manager (Good English and Chinese)

JOB SUMMARY

Sourcing and cost management with engineering background.

Team leader experience is a must.

Years of experience in the power tool business is preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

1.Leading sourcing and supply chain management team in Vietnam

Outsourcing support in Vietnam.

Handle the RFQ process.

Monitor supplier finish goods production and components supply/manufacturing of regular and promo shipments

Monitor supplier delivery of regular and promo shipments

Monitor and reinforce supply chain on-time delivery performance.

Trouble shooting for any problem happen in production or components supply.

Other ad hoc required 1.8Duty might be adjusted per actual business required.

Cost tracking

Schedule expediting

Participate in conference calls with global team

Problem solving. Finding and driving solutions to the problems and constraints Identified.

From PIR (Project start) to production 2.6keeping all parties informed via tracking tools MS Projects, PSRs, Project Log Sheets, Projects Status Report & CCDR and other documentation on Projects

Weekly conference calls and minutes updates.

Contact Windows suppliers project teams and RTI (US team) engineering. Single contact window approach to each supplier.
