Learning and Development Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning & Development (L&D) Manager located in Hanoi. The L&D Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and delivery of training programs. Key duties include conducting training sessions, managing learning systems, developing instructional materials, and facilitating leadership development initiatives. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure training programs are aligned with business goals.

• Proficiency in Training & Development, Training, and Learning Management
• Experience in Instructional Design and Leadership Development
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
