1. Job Responsibilities
1.1. Business Strategy Development and Execution
- Manage, operate, and supervise all business activities of the Company in the Offline segment.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans.
- Take full responsibility for achieving committed revenue targets.
- Research competitors, market trends, and new business models to propose strategies aligned with market conditions.
- Analyze and forecast market demands and consumer trends to adjust products and approaches accordingly.
- Plan and execute customer and partner acquisition, business development, and relationship expansion activities.
1.2. Sales Channel Management and Development (Offline)
- Maintain and grow revenue across existing offline sales channels, while exploring new ones such as pharmacies, retail chains, health supplement supermarkets, and emerging sales platforms.
- Build and implement policies for distributors, agents, supermarkets, and retailers.
- Supervise and evaluate staff performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports as required by the Board of Directors.
1.3. Team Management and Development
- Recruit, train, and develop the sales team.
- Assess individual strengths and weaknesses to assign tasks effectively.
- Monitor performance and provide timely adjustments to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Establish professional workflows to enhance collaboration within the team and across departments, with HR providing support in resolving arising issues.
- Motivate and encourage employees in a timely manner to maintain engagement and performance.
1.4. Debt Management and Cost Optimization
- Oversee and accelerate accounts receivable collection.
- Develop efficient financial plans to ensure expenditures generate measurable revenue, tailored to different market stages.
1.5. Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
- Represent the Company in meetings and negotiations with partners across GT (General Trade) and MT (Modern Trade) channels, including supermarkets, distributors, agents, convenience stores, and other retail channels.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
