Position : Project Manager
Location : HCMC
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for Japanese market clients, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team,s including development, business analysts, QA... to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Manage projects using Waterfall or hybrid methodologies, depending on client requirements
- Communicate regularly with Japanese/global clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development projects.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working with Japanese clients or in Japanese business culture is advantage
- Have experience in managing fixed price projects
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Good at both verbal and written English
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience in offshore/onshore delivery models.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ADO
