Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions for client engagements and internal delivery. This role bridges presales, architecture, and delivery governance, working closely with clients, delivery teams, and engineering leaders to ensure solution feasibility and successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end solution architecture across application, integration, cloud, data, and platform layers
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
- Prepare architecture artifacts such as solution diagrams, technical designs, and estimates
- Ensure solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and suitable for fixed-price and delivery models
- Provide architecture oversight during project delivery to ensure alignment with design, quality, and non-functional requirements
- Define and enforce standards across architecture, coding, CI/CD, DevOps, and technical governance
- Guide teams on best practices, reusable components, and technical decision-making
- Act as a technical advisor in client discussions during both presales and delivery phases
- Support innovation through cloud, AI, data, and modern engineering practices
- Support presales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, effort estimation, and client workshops
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system design, or enterprise application delivery
- 3+ years in solution architecture, technical leadership, or architecture governance
- Strong experience in solution design, estimation, and client-facing workshops
- Proven track record in fixed-price solutioning and delivery feasibility assessment
- Good understanding of architecture principles, integration, scalability, security, and performance
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in using English
Technical Skills
- Experience with enterprise application architecture and distributed systems
- Strong knowledge of one or more technology stacks such as Java, .NET, frontend, mobile, and cloud
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, DevOps toolchains, and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, and cloud-based data services is a plus
Nice to Have
- Presales experience, including bid support, proposal solutioning, estimation, and client presentations
- Experience in BFSI, Enterprise Applications, or Digital Transformation
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
