JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilledSolution Architect / Tech Leadwith strong expertise inJavaScript/TypeScript, Web3/Blockchain technologies, and hands-on software engineering. You will design scalable, secure, and production-ready systems while contributing directly to implementation, code reviews, and technical decision-making. Experience with Solana and exposure to Azure cloud services is a strong advantage.
- Design end-to-end architecture for platform features based on product and business requirements.
- Implement core components, review PRs, and ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Evaluate blockchain integration patterns; hands-on Solana experience is a plus.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to drive successful delivery.
- Coordinate cross-team resources and maintain alignment across departments.
- Create and maintain architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and documentation.
- Conduct technical deep dives to identify risks, propose solutions, and resolve complex issues.
- Mentor engineers and champion best practices in architecture and engineering.
- Contribute to security assessments, performance optimization, and Azure-related solutioning
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 8-10+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in an architecture/tech lead role.
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript background with backend or full-stack development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Web3/Blockchain: contracts, wallets, RPC, signing, token standards, etc.
- Ability to create clear, detailed technical documentation and architecture artifacts.
- Strong leadership, ownership mindset, and cross-team communication skills.
- Hands-on coding proficiency in real-world production environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, Azure, and scalable system design.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Solana or other EVM-compatible chains.
- Knowledge of Azure services (Function Apps, Container Apps, etc.).
- Understanding of security best practices and performance optimization techniques.
