About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our team and support enterprise clients in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business development teams and customers to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions on Alibaba Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the business development team to understand customer needs and design tailored technical solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer architects, senior technical decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Leverage Alibaba Cloud reference architectures to design scalable solutions across multiple customers and partners.
- Provide technical guidance on cloud migration, including architecture design, demos, and testing of Alibaba Cloud services.
- Act as the voice of customers by sharing feedback, identifying gaps, and contributing insights to internal teams for product improvement.
- Support local marketing activities, showcasing successful use cases and strengthening Alibaba Cloud's market presence.
Requirements
Experience:
- 515 years of B2B pre-sales or related experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public cloud technologies
Technical Skills:
- Strong background in IT or Computer Science with solid knowledge of cloud computing
- Experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including whiteboarding and architecture documentation
- Understanding of cloud product architecture, market positioning, and competitive landscape
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
Certifications:
- Alibaba Cloud certifications (ACP/ACE) are a strong advantage
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or above
Languages:
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (mandatory)
- Chinese is a strong plus
