Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of

Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions for enterprise customers.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, business, and execution, working closely with

customers to translate AI ambition into production-grade systems.

You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding organizations through their AI transformation journey from

discovery to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Solution Design

Work directly with enterprise customers to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable AI architectures
Design end-to-end AI and agentic systems that are secure, reliable, and production-ready
Act as the technical owner of customer engagements, driving architecture decisions across performance, cost, and scalability

Agentic AI & Platform Implementation

Architect and deploy multi-agent systems where AI agents collaborate to solve complex business workflows
Build solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and enterprise data systems
Integrate AI into CRM, ERP, and operational workflows to enable real business impact
Ensure strong governance, observability, and security across all deployments

POC to Production Execution

Lead customers through Stratova's 3-phase execution model (Ideate Build Scale)
Develop and validate POCs and prototypes, ensuring both technical feasibility and business value
Drive production deployment and scaling, ensuring systems operate reliably in real environments
Optimize performance across latency, cost, and model accuracy information

Thought Leadership & Enablement

Act as a domain expert in AI/GenAI, contributing to solution frameworks, playbooks, and best practices
Create technical assets such as reference architectures, demos, and workshops
Evangelize AI adoption through customer workshops, events, and industry engagements
Serve as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product and platform direction

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure successful execution
Partner with industry SMEs to validate use cases and align solutions to real-world needs
Support ecosystem collaboration with cloud providers, partners, and ISVs

Basic Qualifications

7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, cloud, or AI/ML engineering

Strong hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML or Generative AI systems

Experience building scalable, secure, and production-grade architectures

Strong programming or system design experience (Python, APIs, distributed systems, etc.)

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes for stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and agentic frameworks

Exposure to multi-agent systems and AI-driven automation workflows

Experience working with enterprise customers in industries like FSI, Retail, Healthcare,

Manufacturing, or Technology

Familiarity with MLOps / LLMOps / AgentOps practices
