Responsibility
- Work closely with clients to deeply understand their business challenges, workflows, and real pain points.
- Research market needs, industry trends, and global benchmarks to evaluate the potential of new solutions.
- Design end-to-end solutions based on ACCESSTRADE's capabilities, aligning People Technology Community (3C model).
- Build and deploy MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) with pilot clients to validate solution effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, R&D, Ops, Sales) to test, refine, and optimize solutions.
- Develop practical case studies and proven solutions before handing over to the Sales team for scaling..
Requirements
- 24 years of experience in roles such as Product, Business Analyst, Account, Planner, or Solution-related positions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; able to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.
- Solid research and benchmarking skills, with the ability to learn from international models and best practices.
- Good communication skills, especially in asking the right questions to uncover real customer insights.
- Ability to visualize and present solutions clearly (flowcharts, slides, process design).
- Commercial mindset: understand how to turn ideas into scalable, sellable solutions.
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in Affiliate Marketing, E-commerce, SaaS, or Media Tech is a big plus.
- Proactive, independent, and capable of owning a solution from idea to execution.
