Software Engineer

We're looking for experienced C/C++ Software Engineers to join a global engineering team working on next-generation 4G/5G wireless technology.

You'll be working on challenging software engineering problems where performance, reliability and scalability really matter — collaborating with engineers across different countries and contributing to technology used in large-scale communication systems.

What you'll do

• Design, develop and maintain C/C++ software for wireless communication systems
• Build high-performance and reliable solutions for large-scale network environments
• Translate technical requirements into clean, scalable software designs
• Collaborate with international engineering teams throughout the full development lifecycle
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to overall software quality

What we're looking for

• Mid-level to Senior Software Engineers with solid professional experience in C/C++
• Hands-on experience in 4G/5G, LTE or wireless communication technologies
• Experience with 3GPP / LTE protocols is highly valued
• Background in embedded software, DSP, multi-core systems, networking or similar systems-level development
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Fluent English, with confidence working in an international engineering environment
• Willingness to work on-site in Hanoi
