At PostCo, we're building the decisional AI layer for commerce.

PostCo started in 2021 by tackling one of the ugliest problems in commerce: returns. This year, we expanded into a much bigger vision with the launch of Upsell and Order Editing. PostCo now goes beyond post-purchase into pre-purchase, covering the entire shopping journey from cart to return. Underneath it all is a shared intelligence layer that helps brands make better decisions at every step — what to sell, when to offer an exchange, and how to keep a customer.

We're building a global product from Southeast Asia, proving that world-class software can be built from this region. We pivoted during the pandemic and became profitable in 2022. We don't raise money from investors or venture capital firms - we're ambitious builders and operators who sweat the smallest details and grow by building great, profitable products our users love.

Working Location

We have two offices: one in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, and another in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are currently implementing a hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

About The Job

At PostCo, engineers don't just write code - they build products.

You'll play a direct role in shaping how our products evolve as we move from a single product into a global, multi-product platform.

We take great pride in our software, and we want people who share the same passion for building great software. You will be part of our team of software engineers and work on the software suite behind a global SaaS product that is scaling worldwide.

We also operate as an AI-first engineering team. From prototyping to debugging to shipping features faster, AI is deeply embedded into how we work. We expect engineers to actively leverage AI tools to increase speed, quality, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive parts of PostCo's product roadmap as we expand into a multi-product platform
• Assume ownership of features end to end through development, testing and release
• Design and contribute to make PostCo a better, more powerful SaaS software across the globe
• Enjoy being a generalist working across the entire stack: frontend, backend, and anything it takes to solve problems and delight users
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate development, testing, and learning
• Build AI-powered product features that feel native, fast, and delightful to use
• Open minded and opinionated - able to voice out and take opinions in polite and objective manner

Job Requirements

• 1 years+ of industry experience
• Graduate / student in Computer Science or related technical field; or self-taught developers who are able to prove his / her abilities through group or personal projects.
• A product mindset, you care about what you build, not just how you build it
• Enjoy being a generalist working across the entire stack: frontend, backend, and anything it takes to solve problems and delight users.
• Proficient at leveraging AI tools as part of the development workflow, from prototyping and debugging to accelerating learning and improving code quality
• Comfortable programming in any programming language and willing to learn our stack - Ruby on Rails and React.
• Willing to attempt seemingly impossible problems and view it as a learning opportunity.
• Continuous learner and eager to share knowledge with the team.
• Open minded and opinionated - able to voice out and take opinions in polite and objective manner.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
