We are looking for a Software Developer to join our client's growing engineering team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role is ideal for early-career developers who are passionate about building high-quality products and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Role Description
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable and secure software solutions. This is a hands-on development role with exposure to modern technologies, data systems, and product development processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field
- 2 years of experience in software development or algorithm R&D
- Experience with frequent testing and deployment cycles
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Technical Skills (preferred):
- JavaScript, HTML/CSS, ReactJS, Python
- MongoDB and data modeling
- Familiarity with SQL databases (Postgres, MySQL, MariaDB) is a plus
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) is a plus
We are looking for:
- Ability to solve moderately complex technical problems independently
- Understanding of product development lifecycle
- Strong focus on code quality, error handling, and system reliability
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve
- Comfortable working in a distributed team environment

- Location: Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City (Onsite)
- Salary range: UP to 40M gross + 13th month + performance bonus
