Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fullstack applications using React.js and Node.js or Java.
• Build scalable, responsive, and high-performance frontend applications with React.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and business logic using Node.js or Java.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and work with databases and external systems.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve coding efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate software development.
• Explore and integrate AI-powered capabilities into applications where applicable.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimizatin.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to system reliability and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js or Java.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, databases, and software architecture.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) for code generation, debugging, refactoring, testing, and productivity improvement, with the ability to validate AI-generated code for quality and security.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, and Agile development.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English level or above, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional and international environment..
• Experience in Fintech, Banking, Payments, or Financial Services is a huge plus.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
