Key Responsibilities1. Technical Design and Development

Design, develop, test, and deploy new features and enhancements for our products.
Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, readability, maintainability, and reliability.
Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to clarify business requirements, evaluate technical feasibility, estimate development efforts, and ensure timely delivery.
Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions that support business growth and evolving product requirements.

2. System Reliability and Production Support

Monitor and maintain the stability, performance, and reliability of production systems.
Respond to production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement effective fixes and preventive measures.
Identify technical bottlenecks and proactively improve system performance, availability, and resilience.
Ensure that applications follow security best practices and meet operational requirements.

3. Engineering Excellence and Process Improvement

Follow and contribute to the improvement of coding standards, engineering guidelines, and software development best practices.
Share technical knowledge and collaborate with team members to promote continuous learning and improve engineering capabilities.
Contribute to the improvement of development workflows, including Agile/Scrum practices, CI/CD pipelines, and system observability.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development efficiency, software quality, and delivery processes.

4. Research and Technology Innovation

Research, evaluate, and propose new technologies, tools, and technical approaches that deliver high business value.
Assess emerging technologies based on technical feasibility, scalability, security, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness.
Take initiative in identifying opportunities to improve existing systems and development practices through technology adoption.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on development experience in one or more of the following programming languages: Golang, PHP, or Ruby. Experience with other programming languages is also welcome.
Practical experience with at least one MVC framework, such as Laravel, Spring, or Ruby on Rails.
Solid understanding of relational databases and hands-on experience with database design and optimization.
Practical experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with Git-based version control workflows and CI/CD practices.
Working knowledge of containerization technologies, particularly Docker.
Practical experience with core AWS services, such as EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Working proficiency in English, as English is the official language within the company.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing, developing, or maintaining high-throughput distributed systems.
Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React, Vue.js, or Angular to facilitate full-stack collaboration.
Experience with AWS security architecture, performance tuning, and cloud cost optimization.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Experience working in multicultural environments, particularly on Japan–Vietnam projects or within distributed engineering teams.
Japanese language proficiency is an advantage, especially for Japan-related projects.
