Software Auto Test Engineer (Playwright) | Good ENG

I. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements; design test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts using Playwright.
• Perform UI, Functional, Regression, Smoke, and End-to-End (E2E) Testing.
•  Execute and automate API testing for RESTful services.
• Review test results, investigate failures, and report defects.
• Collaborate with Developers, BAs, Product Owners, and DevOps teams to ensure product quality throughout the SDLC.
• Support the integration and execution of automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to maintaining and improving automation frameworks, test coverage, and QA processes.
• Support both Automation Testing (main focus) and Manual Testing when required.

II. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing.
• Experience building and maintaining automation test scripts using Playwright.
• Strong knowledge of: API Testing, SQL / Database Validation, Test Case Design & Execution, CI/CD Integration, Defect Tracking & Reporting
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, or other automation frameworks.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Test Management tools.
• Exposure to cloud-based applications and microservices architecture.
