Social Media Content Executive

Responsibilities:

Social Creative Content Development

• Create and produce short-form video content, with hands-on skills in video shooting and editing.
• Develop creative content across multiple formats: Social media posts; video scripts; TikTok concepts
• KOL/KOC briefs
• Viral campaign ideas
• Write captions, headlines and advertising copy.
• Ensure content consistency with brand guidelines and target audience.

Content Strategy & Planning

• Create monthly, quarterly and annual content plans aligned with brand objectives.
• Conduct audience, consumer insight and market trend analysis.
• Build content pillars and content calendars.
• Propose communication campaign concepts and engagement initiatives.

Website Blog & SEO Content

• Develop website and blog content plans.
• Conduct keyword and search trend research.
• Create SEO-friendly blog articles and website content.
• Optimize titles, metadata and content structures.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing teams to improve SEO performance.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track content performance metrics.
• Analyze engagement and content effectiveness.
• Recommend improvements based on data insights.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Good English communication and reading skills.
• Must have 2 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in video shooting, editing, and content production for platforms such as TikTok, Facebook and Instagram Reels
• Familiarity with beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands and current social media trends.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
• Skills in Content Strategy, with the ability to plan and align content with brand objectives and campaigns.
