Role Description

  • In charge of providing services:

MSS 24/7 (Tier 1, Tier 3); Incident Response; Threat Hunting, Security Drills (or equivalent new services) in Southern market (synchronized with Northern services) for 30+ customers in southern region.

  • Service management and operation:

- Organize work within the service team: Evaluate task priorities, delegate and direct service activities, and supervise the process of building and providing services to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- Handle customer complaints or concerns: Resolve any customer service complaints or concerns.

- Risk management when operating services: Control potential risks, develop response plans, and prevent risks.

- Manage a medium team (10-20 members) in the service team.

- Organize training for functional departments about services, service opportunities, strengths and weaknesses of the service compared to competitors in the market.

- Perform administrative tasks: Report service status to stakeholders and direct managers.

Qualifications

a) Education level:

- Graduated from a regular university with a Good degree or higher majoring in Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications,...

- English equivalent to 650 TOEIC or higher.

- Have experience in building, providing, and implementing information security services for 5 to 7 years.

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent

b) Professional knowledge and skills

- Understanding the technical characteristics and features of the services being provided:

  • Master knowledge of architectures, solutions, infrastructure: ERP, Cloud, IoT, ICS...
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of information security mechanisms, architectures, solutions, processes, and technologies.
  • Understanding of methods of analysis, assessment and forecasting of risks related to services.

- Understanding of the business and customer characteristics of the service being provided:

  • Understand market research skills, apply BCG, Ansoff models,...
  • Understand knowledge about service planning and strategy
  • Have knowledge and skills to manage related parties and participate in negotiations.

- Ability to operate effectively:

  • Mastering service standards and norms domestically and internationally.
  • Ability to evaluate current operational capabilities based on goals, processes, organization, performance management and technology. Identify gaps with service standards and norms domestically and internationally.

- Good team management ability:

  • Good ability to manage a team/project of 10-20 people
  • Ability to conduct periodic assessments of team members and identify areas for improvement..
