Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect game systemson the Unity3D platform, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance.
- Actively participate in coding critical features and core modules to guaranteesystem quality and stability.
- Mentor, guide, and supporttechnical team members, fostering a strong engineering culture.
- Manage and maintainsource code repositories, set up and optimizeCI/CD pipelines, and ensure a clean, extensible codebase.
- Collaborate closely with Game Designers, Artists, and Product Managers to deliver high-quality games on schedule.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complextechnical challengesduring development and live operations.
- Drive best practices incode reviews, performance optimization, and system design.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experiencein game development, with at least3+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise inUnity3Dand C# development.
- Solid understanding ofmicroservices architecture, event-driven systems, and large-scale data processingin gaming environments.
- Proficiency inGit workflows, CI/CD integration, and automated build/release processes.
- Experience incode optimization, memory management, and performance tuningfor mobile games.
- Strongsystem-level thinkingand proven ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and grow a development team.

- Experience incasual/mobile gameswith high user concurrency.
- Familiarity withcloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)for game services.
- Knowledge ofDevOps practicesand scalable backend systems.
