1. About VCS

Viettel Cyber Security (VCS) is a division of Viettel Group, dedicated to protecting digital infrastructures worldwide while conducting in-depth research and analysis for security solutions. Leveraging 100% in-house development, VCS offers a comprehensive range of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions, protecting governments, large corporations, and SMEs against sophisticated cyber threats in the digital age.

2. About Southern Business and Service Center

Southern Business and Service Center under Viettel Cyber Security (VCS) is responsible for providing 24/7 Managed Security Service (MSS), Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, etc. ..It is also responsible for selling the company&aposs products and services in the Southern market. Southern Business and Service Center is the representative unit of VCS in the southern region.

To achieve that goal, people with initiative, determination, enthusiasm, and readiness for all challenges are the decisive factors for the success of the center in particular and VCS in general.

3. Job Description

a. Scope of work:

  • Act as the official representative of VCS in the Southern region.
  • Oversee the entire operations of the Center, including customer engagement, sales consulting, sales execution, on-site service delivery, and post-sales support. Take full responsibility for P&L.
  • Lead and manage all business activities to ensure achievement of revenue KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Participate in planning and executing business development initiatives, product and service promotion, and market expansion.
  • In charge of providing and managing the quality of services: MSS 24/7; Incident Response; Threat Hunting, Pentest, Vulnerability Assessment (or equivalent new services) in Southern market (synchronized with Northern services) for 50+ customers in southern region.

b. Sales activities:

  • Develop revenue plans for the Center and go-to-market strategies for BFSI, EnergyOil & Gas, Government, and large enterprise customer segments.
  • Engage with senior customers, participate in presentations, and lead sales activities.
  • Review proposals, quotations, technical solutions, and implementation plans for clients.
  • Address issues arising during pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales stages.
  • Build and train the sales and presales team.
  • Coordinate with sales channels in the region.
  • Collaborate with other departments on debt collection, customer care, acceptance, and contract signing.
  • Manage the business staff: 20 employees.

c. Service management and operation:

  • Manage on-site service delivery in the Southern region: 24/7 MSS, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Pentest,.., and other assigned services.
  • Oversee service operations, including quality, KPI, and KQI management.
  • Develop service roadmaps and growth strategies for the next 25 years to ensure competitiveness against other providers.
  • Review service reports, presentation slides, and technical documentation.
  • Directly handle complex cybersecurity incidents and technical issues involving key customers.
  • Resolve technical challenges arising during service delivery to clients.
  • Align processes, guidelines, and standards with vertical departments.
  • Build and train the technical workforce and core team (Service Manager, SOC Manager, Pentest Manager, IR Lead, etc.).
  • Manage technical staff across departments: 50 employees.

d. Office management:

  • Comprehensive management of company office activities in the Southern region.

4. Requires expertise and skills

a) Education level:

  • Graduated from a regular university with majoring in Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications,...
  • English equivalent to 650 TOEIC or higher.
  • Have experience in selling, providing, and implementing information security services for 5 to 7 years.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent

b) Professional knowledge and skills

  • Understanding the technical characteristics and features of the services being provided:
  • Master knowledge of architectures, solutions, infrastructure: ERP, Cloud, IoT, ICS...
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of information security mechanisms, architectures, solutions, processes, and technologies.
  • Understanding of methods of analysis, assessment and forecasting of risks related to services.
  • Understanding of the business and customer characteristics of the service being provided:
  • Understand market research skills, apply BCG, Ansoff models,...
  • Understand knowledge about service planning and strategy
  • Have knowledge and skills to manage related parties and participate in negotiations.
  • Ability to operate effectively:
  • Mastering service standards and norms domestically and internationally.
  • Ability to evaluate current operational capabilities based on goals, processes, organization, performance management and technology. Identify gaps with service standards and norms domestically and internationally.
  • Good team management ability:
  • Good ability to manage a team/project of 10-20 people o Ability to conduct periodic assessments of team members and identify areas for improvement..

  • Headquater in Hanoi: 41F, Keangnam Landmark 72, Pham Hung St., Nam Tu Liem Dist., Hanoi, Vietnam.
