Position Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Team Leader to drive brand positioning, lead impactful campaigns, and align marketing initiatives with our Sales and Legal teams to convert awareness into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop marketing strategies (online & offline) aligned with business goals.
• Analyze market trends, global immigration industry, and competitors to recommend effective actions.

Management & Coordination

• Assign, supervise, and support team members (design, content, digital, events, etc.).
• Ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of projects.
• Train and mentor the team to build capabilities.

Execution & Supervision

• Lead multi-channel campaigns: Digital, PR, Social Media, Email, Events.
• Manage brand image and ensure consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with Sales team to optimize lead conversion and results.

Measurement & Reporting

• Track KPIs and measure campaign performance.
• Provide regular reports to the Board with improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors in Marketing/Communications.
• English: Strong written & spoken communication.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years in marketing, with 2+ years leading a small team (25 people).

1. Background in Immigration by Investment is a must.
2. Portfolio must include:
3. Previous projects with budget & results.
4. Experience working with foreign clients (how long, in what capacity).
5. Proven performance marketing experience (beyond branding).

• Skills & Qualities:
• Strategic thinker, results-driven, adaptable, accountable.
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage timelines and deliverables.
• Effective cross-functional collaborator and team-player.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary:25,000,000 VND net/month
• Additional attractive bonus & commission for 2-year and moreexperienced candidates in Immigration by Investment + proven social media achievements: to be negotiable, depending on the last experience and performance.
• Parking allowance (300,000 VND/month).
• Insurance coverage (social, health, unemployment).
• Paid leave: 12 annual days + sick & statutory leave.
• Phone & transportation expenses for client/partner meetings.

Working Conditions

• Hours: 8:30 AM 6:00 PM, MonFri (1-hour lunch break).
• Location: Floor 16, Bitexco Financial Tower, 2 Hai Trieu St., District 1, HCMC.
