Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a SMT Manager located in Thu Dau Mot. The SMT Manager will oversee the daily operations of the SMT department, ensuring efficient production while maintaining high quality standards. Responsibilities include managing SMT line activities, coordinating with other departments, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The SMT Manager will be responsible for scheduling and supervising the team, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
