Product Manager

Job title: PRODUCT MANAGER

Working schedule:

• 44 hours/week

Job Purpose:

• Manage the implementation of new products, including coordinating with clients and organizing launch activities.
• Oversee and resolve unexpected situations (e.g., nonconformities, urgencies, delays) as the primary point of contact with customers.
• Develop and execute project plans to ensure successful product introductions and on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure end-to-end production flow tracking, from material supply to customer delivery.
• Coordinate product transfers across the production process stages.
• Manage the timely release of production documents to meet delivery deadlines.
• Relaunch products as needed to fulfill commitments.
• Communicate daily production priorities to the team.
• Attend client meetings to provide order status and delivery updates.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for process certification audits.
• Implement directives from management and follow APQP methodology.
• Perform other tasks as assigned within the scope of competence.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Minimum 6 months in a similar manufacturing role related with Production Planning, Project management, ect
• Knowledge of production flow and ability to work cross-functionally
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (Power BI/data analysis experience preferred)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of engineering and quality standards
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work with technical documents
