Sourcing Manager (Furniture)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for raw materials, components, and suppliers in the furniture/wood manufacturing industry.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and international suppliers.
• Work closely with production, quality, and R&D teams to support new product development.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in sourcing/purchasing experience in furniture or wood manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of wood materials, furniture components, and supplier markets.
• Proven negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good English communication (written and spoken) to work with international partners.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
