We are looking for a Costing Manager/Expert to lead product costing and ensure profitability optimization across our product portfolio. This role combines analytical skills with strong manufacturing knowledge to deliver accurate cost sheets and provide insights for strategic decisions.

WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE

• Work with the team to gather all data needed for accurate cost sheets, including material costs, consumption, and labor costs (from IE).
• Develop and maintain detailed cost sheets for all styles.
• Analyze product profitability and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Work cross-functionally with Development, Sourcing, and Production to validate costing assumptions.
• Prepare costing reports to support management decisions.

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

• Proven experience in a product costing role in garment/footwear/accessories manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and labor costing methods (e.g., SMV).
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
