Job Description
- Ensuring all builders dates are entered into our internal systems
- Ensuring all builder dates are confirmed via the customers preferred method, email and or phone
- Ensure all scheduling exceptions, and rolling date reports are actioned daily Ensuring communication with the builder to firm up inaccurate dates
- Reporting to team supervisor on all faults within the department
- Innovate new ideas, processes, reports with the guidance of the Group Planner to improve the team's tasks
- Communicating with our customers in a professional manner and ensure the team work todays the set lead times within the business
- Provide feedback to Team leader and Group Planner on Installer/builder trends
- Work close with the scheduling team to ensure all tasks are up to date and completed to a satisfactory standard
- Work with all parties involved to ensure the accurate data entry of dates into Claytons system
- Working with all parties involved to ensure that our customer's required dates will be meet
- Control all local under-mount sink call-ups by effectively liaising with the appropriate internal and external stakeholders to ensure lead times are met
- Ensuring all scheduling KPI's are met
- Receive orders and code requests from customers, and accurately enter all relevant information into Claytons system
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Scheduling, Order Entry or Logistics preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Punctual, reliable, flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Motivated, approachable and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
- Ability to work with computers for extended periods.
- Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
