The Vietnam subsidiary of 42dot will serve as
a strategic QA hub dedicated to ensuring the quality and reliability of automotive software. Working in close collaboration with 42dot HQ and global R&D centers, the entity will lead
testing, validation, and quality enhancement efforts for vehicle software systems.
The Site Operations Manager will oversee the full-scale establishment and management of our new Vietnam-based QA-focused subsidiary. This role is responsible for building a stable operational foundation, setting up effective collaboration with HQ in Korea, and driving all aspects of the subsidiarys operations.
Based on a practical understanding of local and corporate operations, the manager will lead
end-to-end activities across HR, finance, accounting, and information security, from initial setup through to execution.

- Take full ownership of post-establishment operations for the Vietnam subsidiary, including HR, finance, accounting, general affairs, and information security.
- Serve as the operational lead and primary point of coordination between the Vietnam site and HQ teams across QA, SDV, and development.
- Build the operational environment required for QA execution (vendor contracts, equipment and system management, process setup, etc.).
- Act as the communication hub ensuring alignment between local QA operations and HQ expectations.
- Establish and improve operational systems to meet global quality standards.
- Manage operational risks including compliance with evolving Vietnamese laws, internal audits, and regulatory controls.

- Proven experience in setting up and independently managing overseas subsidiaries (as a country manager or similar role).
- Solid understanding and hands-on leadership in corporate operations (HR, finance, accounting, IT security, etc.).
- Experience collaborating with QA or technical teams.
- Strong project management skills and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Professional-level communication skills in English or Vietnamese. (for Korean nationals)
