We are seeking a capable and experienced QA/QC Manager to lead our Manual and Automation engineers. You will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, ensuring high product quality, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires a strong understanding of QA/QC methodologies and the ability to guide and develop a high-performing team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Oversight & Technical Leadership
- Supervise the overall quality assurance activities to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Evaluate and improve QA/QC processes, standards, and execution quality across manual and automation practices.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide direction to help the team improve testing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and quality insights to support problem-solving and decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align QA/QC efforts with product and development goals
Team Management & Development
- Lead, coach, and support a team of QA/QC engineers to grow in both capability and performance.
- Set team goals, track progress, and provide regular feedback and development plans.
- Promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes within the QA/QC team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 4 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of QA processes, tools, and methodologies for both manual and automation testing.
- Ability to evaluate QA/QC performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Experience working in Agile environments, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with QA in both web and mobile platforms.
- Background in non-functional testing (e.g., performance, security) is a plus.
