End-to-end shop operations execution;
Operational issue resolution & process improvement;
Manage and oversee day-to-day shop operations for assigned clusters/shops;
Ensure compliance with SOPs, templates, and workflow requirements;
Handle operational issues, workflow frictions and escalate critical issues or exceptions where needed;
Drive/Support process improvement and automation initiatives to reduce manual workload;
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as BD, Pricing, Product, and other supporting functions.

Requirements

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, shop operations, commercial operations, or related fields;
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks;
Comfortable working with trackers, templates, spreadsheets, and process documentation;
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle operational frictions;
Good communications and stakeholder management skills;
Can collaborate and work well within and with other teams.
