Job Description:
- End-to-end shop operations execution
- Operational issue resolution & process improvement
- Manage and oversee day-to-day shop operations for assigned clusters/shops
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, templates, and workflow requirements
- Handle operational issues, workflow frictions and escalate critical issues or exceptions where needed
- Drive/Support process improvement and automation initiatives to reduce manual workload
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as BD, Pricing, Product, and other supporting functions.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, shop operations, commercial operations, or related fields
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with trackers, templates, spreadsheets, and process documentation
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle operational frictions
- Good communications and stakeholder management skills
- Can collaborate and work well within and with other teams.
