Requirements Elicitation: Lead individual and group meetings to gather detailed business requirements.
Perform Impact Analysis: Identify and analyze scope change.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for business process improvement and make recommendations. Present user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, and process flow diagrams to the development team.
Stakeholder Management: Facilitate requirements meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
Solution Evaluation: Assist in evaluating potential solutions to meet business requirements through independent investigation. Adhere to product best practices to ensure consistent technical solution design.
Collaboration: Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood, technical solutions are aligned, and testing plans are robust. Act as a key point of contact for complex system-related issues, providing detailed analysis and insights to refine design approaches.
All other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
At least more than 2 year of experience in business analysis.
Good command of English skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing).
Intermediate Business Analysis and Configuration Tools: Proficiency in more advanced tools and software for requirements management and documentation (e.g., Jira, Excel, Word, Microsoft Visio,..).
Understanding of SDLC Methodologies: Deeper understanding of SDLC methodologies and the ability to apply them in various project contexts.
Documentation Skills: Ability to create detailed business requirement documents and functional specifications.
Business Process Modeling: More advanced understanding of business process modeling techniques.
Business Analysis Techniques: Proficient in various business analysis techniques such as SWOT analysis, GAP analysis, and root cause analysis.
